For the purpose of this subject outline, 鈥榳ork鈥� is considered in its broadest sense, and is defined as all fields of paid and unpaid activity. 鈥榃orkplace鈥� or 鈥榳ork-related context鈥� is defined as any environment in which an individual operates to produce a service and/or product.
